I purchased a dishwasher November 2021 and had Best Buy do the Install. Best Buy sent a dishwasher that had missing parts and the guys installed it anyway. The Manager was quick to take responsibility and correct this. Due to COVID there was limited stock and I was told I needed to select a different dishwasher that was in stock and they would have it delivered and installed ASAP which January 2022. This new dishawsher had concealed damage (a crack) which caused small amounts of very hot steam to escape each time the dishwasher was run. Over a few months my kitchen began to have an order in the area o the dishwasher. Turns out the hot steam was escaping through the crack causing water damage to the adjacent cabinet. This steam is so hot that it burned the cabinet. I have spent months getting loads of false information and runaround from XPO and Sedgwick Insuance. In fact, Both Best Buy and Samsung agree I received a damaged appliance which cause property damage but neither will repair my property or replace the damaged dishwasher. I have been told all sorts of lies and misinformation, given false numbers that send you down a rabbit hole. Please do not buy appliances from Best Buy- you will be sorry!
ps: I still have a BURNT CABINET AND NO DISHERWASHER!

Hello, jkd65,
Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Best Buy Forums, and know I would be reaching as well if I were you. Though I am unable to see the details of Sedgwick claims directly, I would be happy to look into this and see what our options for assistance may be. Can you send a private message with the information below so that I may look up your account? I would be to continue working with you here via private message!
