TV says delivered but I never received called several times and still no TV and no call back. I purchased a TV online and I wanted in home delivery on June 15, 2021. I waited all day and never got the TV I noticed that online on 6/15/2021 at 11:00 PM that the status changed from being delivered 12:00 - 5:00 PM to saying delivered. I tried calling Best Buy but got message saying outside of hours and to the next day. I callled June 16, 2021 to check why my TV was not delivered.
I spent hours trying to call and get help. After numerous hang ups by Best Buy some one actually said that they will send over to another department to get a call back in 24-48 hours. I have called Best Buy every day since June 16th, 2021 Strange that Best Buy couldn't transfer me over or even have a Supervisor help with contacting the department that was supposed to help resolve this issue. So now a week later and still no call back or credit and still saying delivered and I don't have the TV. I have spent hours trying to get resolved and having gotten hung up several times buy Best Buy employees. I just want to get this resolved by either getting my money back or getting the TV delivered. I am severely disappointed with Best Buy and I am seriously considering never buying anything from them again. Please help me get this resolved.
