Ordered a TV on the 27th to be delivered today, Dec 4 between 12-8pm. Been on hold with customer service for an hour to check/get an update on the order. I got hung up on twice already since trying to contact customer service. I usually receive a call from the Agent when I got a previous order delivered, but today, no call at all. Will have to cancel this order and get a refund. I understand that COVID made it difficult but this isnt the way to handle this, BB customer service is worse now more than ever. Smh.
