TV lost/Not Delivered

PLEASE HELP ME HERE. CUSTOMER CARE ON THE CALL IS NOT SUPPORTIVE.

Yes I have not received the TV. I paid the money and now I regret ordering at best buy. You promised me a resolution and nothing is happening after the time frame.

I have been contacting multiple times Bestbuy Customer service past 2 weeks and I was expecting a re-shipment or refund by now but you are saying you will start an investigation everytime I call.

{removed per forum guidelines}{removed per forum guidelines} are the cases open and the case 

{removed per forum guidelines} is open for almost 2 weeks. Can you please let me know the status of these. 

 
Two weeks back I already contacted the purolator and they told me that they cannot do anything and asked me to contact the shipper which is the best buy. This was already updated to best buy.

Please give my money back or send the TV which I ordered as I am really frustrated as I do not see any solution here.

I got a response from best buy. If this is still not resolved in 2-3 days will get back to you. Thanks for responding on this.

TV I ordered was never deliviered and best buy is no help

I ordered a TV for one of my employees for a great job in 2021. The TV was supposed to be delivered on Friday 11/12/21. The TV never showed up. I called the following Tuesday and the Best Buy representative in customer support said it had been delivered. I explained to them that it had not. This person opened a case number for me and said I would get a call back within 48 hours. Well almost a week went by and nothing. So I called again, and was told they were looking into the case. Another 4 days go by and I call again, this person informs me that the case has been closed, that the TV had been delivered. I had to go through the whole thing again, and they said they reopened it and I would get a call back within 48 hours. 3 days later and no phone call, so I called back again. This person seemed to help and said they would set up a new delivery day for me and a replacement TV would be delivered. We they set it up as a return and exchange, so the company couldn't deliver a TV this time without an exchange of the original TV....Well that original TV was never delivered. So I called Best Buy again, this person said they were going to escelate it to the highest, and gave me a new case number, and I would get a call within 48 hours. Well sure enough I never got a phone call. I called two more times and was hung up on after being on the phone an hour each time. At this point I decided to go to a store for help. The manager was very nice and called into Best Buy customer service line to help. We sat there for two hours while the person on the phone couldn't do anything. They gave me a new case number and said I would get a call back in 48 hours...Well guess what no call. The manager told me to email the Regional manager Michael. Well I have done that twice now in the last two weeks with no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never shop with Best Buy again. I have waisted a minimum of 12 hours on the fiasco. It is now two months to the day since the TV was supposed to be delivered. My employee has no TV, and I can't get anyone at Best Buy to actually help.
