TV delivered does not work

I purchased a TV two weeks ago online and had it delivered.

I've reached out to customer service. The store will not answer the phone or help me
I don't know who else to contact.  I've been trying to get a hold of someone for 3 hours at the carson city store
On 11/30


TV was delivered on 11/28

TV powers on for a few minutes and then shuts down


I'm trying to get an exchange. 


Please help me. I'm beyond frustrated
