TV damaged observed after turning on

I bought a TCL Series 4 55' and got it delivered today. Took it off the box straight away and, although the box had some damage, the TV screen looked fine. However, when I mounted it and turned it on I observed that the screen seem to be losen at the middle of the right frame of the TV. You can see that this part of the screen is a bit deeper than the rest and we are also able to see the light from inside the TV through the space created. 

Now, I need to know how to get the TV exchanged for a new one, cause I don't know if this will get worse with time requiring maintenace too soon...

Not to be that guy, but if you mounted the TV yourself, it would be difficult to prove that the TV was defective before you put your hands on it. If you purchased the TV in a Best Buy store, you can try to call the store and explain the situation to see what options they may have. Otherwise, if it was ordered online, then you can either wait for a moderator here or give 1-888-BEST-BUY a call.
