I had a new TV delivered on 1/17. When the TV was installed the power cord to my existing TV was either thrown out or taken. I was left with a cord that did not work wih my TV. I called and was told that the agent or their boss would get back to me. Neither did. I called back asking to see if I could get a cord for my old TV so that it could be used in another room and the cord I was told to buy didn't work. It has now been almost a month and despite my calls no one has ever reached out to try to solve this problem for me. EXTREMELY diasppointed.

I know I would be quite confused if my TV cord was nowhere to be found right after installation of a new TV.
