TV Delivery/installation scheduled today - didn't receive it and no update

Hello,

Our TV delivery and installation was scheduled today. Its now 10:50pm ET and we didn't receive it yet. The estimated time was 12pm to 8pm today. When we tried to call at 8:30pm, the customer service representative said they would arrive in 20 minutes. But haven't received any update or call after that. Its really very frustating that we have been eagerly waiting for it the whole day. Atleast we should have been informed of it if there are any delays. Can someone please look into this and do some arrangement to atleast deliver it by tomorrow?
