TV Delivered to wrong address

I got a good deal on a new TV for the holidays. I was excited to have it delivered when I got the text that the agent is on the way. Still waiting for the agent to show up with my TV. My order says it was delivered but it sure wasn't to the right house. I've called customer service 3 times saying they're going to escalate the situation for investigation. I was told I would receive an email and a phone call...still waiting on those as well. How does Best Buy not have a verification system for in-home deliveries to make sure you're with the right customer. Shame on the people that accepted it too. I won't be recommending home deliveries from Best Buy.

I get really excited when I get the notification that my package or delivery is arriving soon, as I'm sure you were with your TV delivery. It saddened me to see that this was not the happy ended that was expected and would like to look into this further. I have experienced the exact same problem. My tv was not delivered but email stated it was. When I called for the third time the rep read my address back to me and still had the wrong apartment number even after I had called the morning of to have it corrected! She sent me a picture of the tv inside someone else’s apartment and I was told that she had escalated it and reported it as lost in transit. She told me I would be contacted within to 24 hours to have a replacement tv scheduled for delivery. I have yet to receive a phone call. I don’t know what to do at this point since every time I call it’s at least an hour wait time. I’m a teacher and can’t just sit on the phone everyday for 1-2 hours. I’m just so confused as to why this problem hasn’t been resolved in one phone call since it was totally the delivery drivers fault!

Yes, I'm going through the same thing with the calls. Fortunately my wait times haven't been to that extent. They tell me it's getting escalated but no one seems to know who it's getting escalated to. I still haven't heard back from the social media specialist that messaged me. I hope Best Buy makes things right because apparently everyone in-store and on the phone have their hands tied and can't do anything. Wish you the best.
