We ordered $17,000.00 worth of Thermadore Appliances on MAY 10, 2021. 

The order included; Electric Cooktop, Single Wall Oven, Referigerator ,Microwave and a LG Washer Dryer.

I even waited a few days to place the order so the sales person can start receving her commissions. 


Electric Cooktop, Single Wall Oven, Microwave and washer dryer were finally scheduled for delivery on JULY 30, 2021, THE COOKTOP DID NOT ARRIVE.


Refigerator and cooktop scheduled for delivery  AUGUST 20,2021. THE COOKTOP DID NOT ARRIVE.


AUGUST 29, the date I was given for cooktop, another delay.


SEPTEMBER 29, the date I was given for cooktop, another delay.


MID OCTBER the date I am given for cooktop.


BEST BUY is this a joke. IF I was told from the begining that I would not receive a cooktop i would have kept my range. We are going on 5 months with out a cooktop, we are reaching the end of our patience, please somebody come up with a solution. Thank you.

This is the story of just about every Thermador product since the pandemic shuttered manufacturing. Unfortunately we depend on the accuracy of their shipping dates and quote them as they used to be accurate. When they fail to meet their shipping date, or their date slips, you’ll see yours update accordingly. Sometimes we aren’t notified the product isn’t coming until the date provided.

Yep, doesn't matter where you ordered it from, Bosch/thermodor are now telling people 9-10 months out. It's about to get worse, China has figured out that if they want clean air they need to make some changes. Factories are now being shut down due to lack of electricity from china restricting coal plant operations.

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, it is possible that the vendor may be unable to make a product available within the expected time frame as expected. Generally, if an order needs to be rescheduled, our agents will work to locate the earliest available date.
