THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE THUS FAR.......I'M 42 YEARS OLD.

I PLACED A FRIDGE ORDER ({removed per forum guidelines}) ON JANUARY 31ST AND AM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED.

 

THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS SET TO BE DELIVERED OF FEBRUARY 6TH. 

 

UPON ARRIVAL THE FRIDGE WAS DAMAGED DURING OFFLOADING AND THEREFORE THE DELIVERY COULD NOT BE COMPLETED.  THIS CERTAINLY IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT!!!!!!!!

 

I HAVE NOW BEEN GIVEN AN ETA OF FEBRUARY 21ST.  REALLY, WEEKS AND WEEKS FOR A BASIC FRIDGE????

 

I COULD WRITE 10 MORE PAGES ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE CALLING AND EMAILING CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH ABOSLUTELY NO RESOLUTION IN SIGHT.

 

THE MATTER HAS BEEN ESCALATED TO NO AVAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY A SIMPLE FRIDGE DELIVERY HAS GONE SO VERY VERY WRONG WITH ZERO SUPPORT COMING IN THE FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMPENSATION FOR THE FIASCO.

 

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM BEST BUY AGAIN.

 

I HAVE DOCUMENTED A FILE OF THE EXPERIENCE AND WILL SHARE THIS WITH ERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN ON EVERY MEDIUM I CAN FIND TO COMMUNICATE IT, INCLUDE IRONICALLY YOUR BESTBUY FORUM.

Welcome to our community. I've always thought the biggest part of appliance shopping was making a selection from the huge amount of options available and once that was done, delivery and installation would be straight forward. I'm unhappy to hear this has not been the case for you.
