This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company, ever. You guys changed my delivery date when I requested to add a service to my order, I said it was fine and not to change it.. the employee did it anyway! Today I had a haul away service scheduled for 1pm… they came at 10am, didn’t contact me and then left!!! Didn’t even knock on the door!!!!!! I took work off to be home for this!!! Why schedule at 1 if you’re coming whenever you want to????? I am so angry!!! When I called the guy he hung up on me and said it’s Best Buy’s problem not his! Now I had to reschedule again!! What is wrong with this company???
