TERRIBLE experience with Best Buy!

I purchased an open-box fridge from Best Buy in South Carolina and when they did the installation, the installation team broke the bottom freezer door, did not complete install, and left the fridge in my garage. 
I called to report this and they offered repair 3 weeks out! When I asked for a new fridge to be swapped, they would only give me credit in the amount of the open-box fridge(which was significantly less than a new model), not a new fridge or open box equivalent. Additionally, no efforts to make this right with me. I've been without a fridge now for over a month and still waiting on repair. Truly unacceptable and I would never recommend anyone purchase an appliance from Best Buy!
