I have been trying since Sept 16 to get ahold of a supervisor in reference to the awe full communication I received which means none!!! In reference to my refrigerator that should of been delivered on Sept 14 and never was and no one contacted me I had to call the store multiple times to get a response this is not good customer service to a loyal Best Buy card customer for years!!!

The expectation is not unreasonable to to have services like delivery performed promptly and efficiently and, if complications develop, that communication is also swift and accurate.
