Still waiting for my refund

I had a TV and surround sound installed on 2 March. The included in wall power supply wasn’t needed so I was promised a refund. I got an email on 3 March saying the refund had been processed and I’d receive this back to my card within 10 days. I contacted customer service after three weeks and was promised it would be escalated. I contacted them again after 4 weeks. Im still waiting for the refund. Help!
