I ordered a dishwasher online and to set up delivery and installation for today between 7am and 1pm. I received an email stating that today was delivery day at 8am.
The day went on and I didn’t receive a phone call stating they were coming or running late. At about 4 pm I tried to call best buy and find out what was going on – the automated service kept bouncing me back and forth. At 5pm I went online and spoke to an online rep who told me they were delayed due to covid19. Not one minute before I was done talking to the online service rep (don’t know who I spoke to because once my session ended the screen closed and there was no email sent to me stating what was in the conversation) I received a phone call from the delivery service saying that they were running late and helping a customer getting their product working and that they would be here sometime before 8pm with a 30 minute phone call prior to arriving. It is now 9pm and I haven’t heard from anyone. I had to have friends pick up and take my kids to their activities since I was waiting and was told delivery and installation would be here before 8pm. I purposely made the appointment early enough where I didn’t have to find anyone to transport my kids to their activities.
The In-Home appointment manager still says I’m scheduled for today. Since no one called me I don’t know what my next steps are. A phone call or two would have made a big difference.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums. I know it's not easy to set time aside for an appointment so I can understand wanting to know where your order is.
