Start Remote Installation

My car had damage after the installation, it turned off by itself in the expressway with rain and at night which could have ended up in a very severe car crash (something that looks like it doesn’t matter to your company at all) the car was manipulated by your personnel.

This has been escalated to your corporation with the following ticket # 276149718 without response, the details are in there it’s going slow but it looks like you guys don’t want to own your part.

My intentions are not to get anyone in trouble or fired my only intention is that your corporation does the correct thing and I get my refund back, I pay for this repairs $1,200.00 usd the incompetence of your location at SkoKie is very evident they avoid any type of arrangement and only going in circles (very bad customer service experience) its very evident that they don’t want to assume the damages that were the cause in my car and the days that I had to stop working to try and take care of this and the stress that is causing BEST BUY it is evident that you don’t know how to train your personnel I was inside of the warranty when this happen and I still don’t have any clear answer.
