Hello. On April 15, we had a refridgator delivered to our home with best buy. They carried the old fridge out and carried the new fridge into my home up on my stairwell perfectly fine. However on their way out of my home, one of the employees stomped on my stairwell very aggressively and damaged two steps/caved in. We were directed to called the claim/sedgwick office, we've emailed, and just not getting any progress done and they are being unresponsive. please please someone help us. we have animals and someone who is disabled in the home and we are afraid that they will severly hurt themselves if they climb up and down the stairs with the way they are now.
