Someone needs to contact me ASAP!

Good afternoon! “In My Experience” I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy and also paid  to have it delivered. The representitives completely damanaged my newly remodeled wall all the way across it with scratches and gashes and also damaged my stained steps. The Sedgwick Representative has shown no interest in returning several emails from me and phone calls. Aside from that it is important to understand the severity of this matter and you all understand that my house was built when “lead paint” existed and was used so the LONGER this goes neglected then the longer my four children are possibly exposed to hazardous materials! By the way I might add that the wall that was damaged is the wall entering my house so my children pass this every day-several Times a day! You all need to be attentive to the situations that are created by your employees as well as the negligence by the extended caretakers of this matter(Sedgwick). 


-Someone needs to contact me ASAP and get this claim situated! Oh, and thanks for a few minutes of your time considering the time I have spent trying to get ahold of someone!

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Thank you for choosing us for your appliance needs. That said, the delivery experience you described is far from the stress-free delivery we strive for, so it's disheartening that things took this turn. 


As someone who takes pride in my home, I can imagine this would be frustrating enough without adding in the added health hazard of lead paint being exposed. While I wish that it had never come to this, I'm glad you reached out to us for support.
