After careful consideration, it has been determined that another service team will not be sent to your home in this matter as all work was completed in accordance with the service Scope of Work (SOW). This includes marking the pulls, neatly dressing wires, grouping, and zip tying. I understand that this is not the answer you were hoping for. While it does not change the answer, please know that your feedback has been taken seriously and reached the corporate level. This is Best Buy’s final and official answer in this matter.

That is a complete lie! And this is Best Buy's corporate answer?
Not 1 wire is labeled!
They are NOT "neatly dressing wires, grouping, and zip tying " - they are all hanging in a big bunch.
No documentation i,e work completion receipt was handed to us, if you have any can you share with us.
I can certartainly share proof of what I'am saying,

It is useless dealng with cheating Best Buy people all the way coorporate level. Good to know and be aware!

What is upsetting, is that Best Buy is out-right lying with specific details, of labelling and organizing. When they did not do any of that at all!
