I have sent two emails to Best Buy email addresses with a picture attached. The issue is our refrigerator was delivered with a small ding in the door. I would like to have a conversation with someone about a reasonable solution and I am sure it will require us sending a picture. Why is it so difficult to start with a email and picture.

Welcome to our community. I shop a lot online and there is very little that has disappointed me more than discovering an item to be damaged when I receive it. Of course, it doesn't help either if your attempts to get help have not resulted in success. I regret that you're having to cope with such a situation.
