Service complaint

I had an issue with a scheduled delivery on February 3rd
Called customer service & was not satisfied with the resolution so I called back for a supervisor and was told they were going to “ escalate “ my case and I would hear from someone via email in 48-72 hrs..... that will be 2 weeks ago tomorrow and I’ve not heard anything from anyone. First major appliance purchase from Best Buy & will definitely be my last as well!! Still don’t have my fridge & absolutely HORRIBLE customer relations!!!! Not impressed at all and will definitely recommend my friends & family go elsewhere!

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  Having issues with your appliance order weeks after it was meant to be completed would be an understandably frustrating experience, and it’s one I regret to hear you’ve been dealing with as of late. 

 

I’d like to make sure we’re getting you in touch with the right team to get these issues addressed, but I’ll need a few pieces of additional information from you in order to do so.  If you could send me a private message with:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

I’ll also ask that you include in your message any additional context regarding the issue you had with your delivery earlier this month.
