I purchased a new Nordic Track Commercial 2950 treadmill on Feb 15, 2021, and it was delivered and assembled by BBY technicians on March 9. The next day, I used the equipment for the first time and it was extremely noisey. A loud creaking sound when I step on to the treadmill and it is espeically loud when I use the incline and decline feature. Contacted warranty (ICON fitness service support) company on March 10, after sending them numerous videos and a whole lot of back and forth, they sent to my house a treadmill replacement walking board. I waited until April for them to send a technician to replace the part. Two technicians, examined the treadmill, and said that it was not the running board and diagnoised the problem as the frame itself. Upon their inspection, they said the treadmill noise like it was old. Upon further inspection they took pictures of rusted out areas, and told me that they believe this treadmill was a refurbished piece of equipment. Additionally, the feature that allows you to adjust the treadmill monitor is none existent. This is an old treadmill and I paid for a brand new treadmill, a total of $3,590. I would like for this to be replaced with a new treadmill model Commercial 2950 as I originally tried to purchase.

I must say that my faith in Best Buy is renewed and restored. They immediately saw to it that a replacement treadmill was expeditied to me in short order. This is worthy of a new post!
