Sedgwick will not respond

I received an email from sedgwick's claim rep on Friday. I have tried to email and call the individual representative to no avail. I have left messages and there has been no return calls or emails. I tried to call the number you left below and the mailbox is full, so i cannot even leave a message.

In sedgwick's email she stated that it was not best buy, it was a third party who delivered my fridge and I have to take it up with them. They will also no answer their phone or return my calls. Additionally, the company she stated, FGO logistics, is NOT the company the delivery guys told the police they worked for.

The property damage to my house includes  a broken kitchen tile. I have a daughter who is crawling and could get injured on this, therefore i need this to be fixed as soon as possible.

Please Help.

Re: Sedgwick will not respond

Hello, annoyedinnj,

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your damage claim. It is always expected that the services rendered, whether by Geek Squad or a contracted party, be completed in a professional and timely manner. I'm sorry to hear that your refrigerator delivery resulted in damaged tile, something you understandably want taken care of quickly in any case, but especially so when you have a young daughter crawling around.

Furthermore, I apologize if you've had difficulties with your claim through Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc as you had a contracted party perform the delivery. I understand there's been some confusion surrounding what party performed the services, and I would be delighted to see how I may help. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for the private message I'm sending your way.

Sincerely,
