Sedgwick not responding

they tried to install a starter and did damage to main computer put in claim to sedgwick by Best buy my car has been at the dealership for week waiting on adjuster to show  been trying to reach someone for information for a week now placed at least 35 calls from myself and dealership claim no {removed per forum guidelines} I have called all the phone numbers possible with no luck  Please Help  I would like to know the local insurance company that Sedgwick would send
