Good afternoon -
We had a television delivered at the beginning of December. The delivery drivers ran over our mailbox. After much confusion on Best Buy's part, we finally filed a claim with Sedgwick. We have sent them pictures and an estimate for a replacement and have not heard back. We have emailed and called with no response. Today, I called the Best Buy customer service line and spent fifteen minutes listening to the representative search for my order number in silence before being transferred to Sedgwick with not a word from the rep. Can someone please actually help me?

Thanks for joining us here on the community forums. Although, I wish it were under better circumstances. Having property damage during a delivery is never ideal. I can understand your concern about the damage claim. The only option we have is for you to contact Sedgwick at BestBuyClaims@sedgwick.com.
