Installation of dishwasher caused a leak and caused damage to my hardwoods. I have filed a claim through BestBuy with Sedgwick. I have heard nothing back in the promised timeframe. I have left messages for my claim adjuster and her supervisor. No one has reached out via email, phone or any other means. How do you get someone to take onis and resolve?
