I have had an issue with a Best Buy fridge install that was done on 10/26/21. For over a month water was leaking snd we had no idea. Started contacting Sedgwick in December and have gone back and forth. They have lied about different contractors and I sent them over another estimate and have not heard back for over a week. I’ve been told a supervisor was supposed to call me back 2 days ago and everyone I call there is an excuse( she’s not in, she’s on a call, in a meeting, computer issues) this is ridiculous. I need to get my kitchen fixed. My claim number is {removed per forum guidelines}
