I see many others have posted about Sedgwick not responding, and I have the same problem. I reported the damage caused to my kitchen floor while Best Buy delivered a refrigerator on 2/20/2019, got an email from Sedgewick Claims Associate named Sean on 2/25/2019 saying someone would call me, got a call from Sedgewick Claims Associate Nicole on 3/4/2019 who asked me to email photos of the damage and a repair estimate. Everything was going fine... then nothing happened.
It's been seven weeks and there is no response from Sedgwick, and no check in my mailbox. I have emailed Sean and Nicole, I have left voice messages on their general number 855-932-1338, I have left voice mail for Nicole, I have called 800-620-7409 again and the person tried to transfer me to Nicole but I got sent to a voice mail system asking for a mailbox number (which was not Nicole's direct phone number).
What am I supposed to do next? I agree with others who have said to avoid Best Buy installation services. If I ever purchase another appliance from Best Buy, they can just deliver it to my garage.

Thank you Best Buy support. Sedgwick contacted me within 24 hours of you reaching out to them. The Sedgwick rep claimed she never had time over the past 7 weeks to read my emails and listen to my voicemail messages. I got my settlement payment check yesterday. WIthout your help I would still be waiting for Sedgwick. Thanks..!
