Sedgwick no response

I purchased a dishwasher and received delivery on 7/2/22, but the install was set up incorrectly. They then proceeded to miss a second install appointment and when the third party installer came out on 7/23/22, they told us that we needed an electrician to complete the install and hauled away the old dishwasher. In the process they did not close the valve properly or cap the end of the line, and the result was a water leak that we were unaware of until that evening. We had to get an emergency plumber who could not come out until the next morning, by then there was water damage to the cabinetry, floor, wall, and down through the floor to the ceiling in the finished basement. I’ve contacted Beat Buy on several occasions and finally was able to talk to someone at Sedgwick and file a claim but now cannot get anyone there to respond. The repair work is going to be extensive and expensive and with the water damage there is now mold starting to develop. This claim needs to be dealt in a much more efficient manner but I cannot reach anyone to speak with them. I’ve now left messages for a week and have yet to get a response. The longer this goes on the more extensive the damage will be. I need to have someone contact me asap to get this matter resolved.
