Sedgwick is unresponsive

We had a TV delivered in December.  Great TV.  Buying experience ruined by a terrible delivery.  I have done everything I needed to get Sedgwick to pay a claim on a fence the delivery truck hit.  But they've become unresponsive now, as many other people here have posted.  I expect I will never be paid on this claim as this is clearly a cost avoidance strategy.  But I'd be happy to be proven wrong.  If someone at Best Buy wants to help me I'd appreciate that.  If not, there's Costco for the next purchase.

Neither my efforts nor Best Buy's efforts worked.  I am currently fixing my fence at my own cost.  I would be open to any attempt by Best Buy to make me whole on this (even a gift card??).  I am sure Sedgwick is never going to resolve this.  I'm a very unsatisfied customer at this point.

I already went through this once as you can see in the thread.

 

My name is {removed per forum guidelines}, I am at {removed per forum guidelines}, email {removed per forum guidelines}.

 

The issue is the Best Buy truck hit my fence in December, I submitted an $1100 quote and photos to Sedgwick, and their emails have all indicated they are working on it.  At this point, they only respond if I send them an email, and that is just to tell me that someone will respond, which they don't do.

 

Sedgwick is a contractor Best Buy presumably pays to avoid people getting payed for damages.  I understand that, I think it's a terrible business practice but I can't do anything about it.  You can try to talk to Sedgwick but nothing will happen as nothing happened the last time a person on this forum contacted them for me (Ruben I think it was).  

 

What I am asking is, can Best Buy make any contribution to making me whole on this?  I have been a Best Buy customer for a lot of years, and this would be a permanent loss of my business for you going forward.
