Sedgwick has not reached out to me regarding my claim

I have been going back and forth with Best Buy and now Sedgwick who you guys forwarded me to due to damage done to my property during installation to my refrigerator. Sedgwick is impossible to get a hold of, all I have been told is lies after lies from them that someone will be getting back to me and nobody ever does! I don’t know what to do from here! I email them at bestbuyclaims@sedgwick.com and cxbestbuy@sedgwick.com and all I get is emails after emails saying someone will get back to me and the matter has been escalated to higher level and nobody ever does! I have had enough of dealing with them! When is someone going to call me? It’s been over a month and nobody has called and the adjuster hasn’t even reached out to me. This is a complete mess and I need the phone number to bestbuy Sedgwick claims and I need help to have someone get them to call me please! This has stressed me out so much!!!!
