I have been trying to reach out since this claim was filed at the end of June 2022. We purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy. During the delivery, one of the guys delivering the refrigerator accidentally crimped the copper water line. This resulted in water covering the floor, leaking from the line and coming from underneath the refrigerator. On the same day, we had to get an emergency plumber to come out to stop the leak and then repair the water line. In order to stop the leak, he had to remove the tile flooring and cut a large hole in the floor to access the line. After the line was repaired we had to wait nearly a week for a home maintenance company to come and repair the hole before we could put the refrigerator in place.
I have called and left messages, faxed letters, and sent emails and had no reply to this claim. Can someone please help me?
