Sedgwick didn't response my claim status



the bestbuy team came and installed my washer inappropriately. It caused the water damage to my wood floor. My 3 adjacent bedrooms (including the closets) and the hallway leading to the bedroom was damaged by the flooded water. The floor surface has been uneven since then. We need to be careful when we walk around in my house just in case we would fall down, not even mention we have toddler kids. I submited a claim and emailed Sedgwick claims associate on 05/28/2019 about the estimate cost for repairing and pictures of the water damage, but i haven't heard anything back yet. I don't know if she received my email. Is it in the normal processing time frame? Can anyone help me? Thank you.
