About six weeks ago, I had a delivery of an online purchase from Best Buy by my local Geek Squad.
One of the gentlemen installing the item put a hole in my wall.
I was told by Sedgwick to get a quote for repair, which I have, but I have left three messages with Nicole and have no received any response. I was directed to her supervisor who has an out of office message until the 29th!
If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated.
