I purchased a TV from BB and at the time of the installation, the screen was damaged(the display is cracked by the bezel area and there is a split running across the entire screen) by the Geek Squad representative. I was recommended to file a claim by BB Customer Service rep which I did on 3/25/2020. I reached out to Sedwick numerous amount of times, left the VMs at 855.832.1338. Today is 5/19/2020 and I'm still waiting for a response from them.
What should I do?
