I bought a refrigerator in Best Buy on October 27th, 2021After many troubles and mistakes from the store, the fridge was finally installed on November 15th. I paid extra $29.99 to relocate the old fridge to the garage, because we needed extra room for our food -the refrigerator was supposed to be kept, since it was in perfect state- However, Best Buy workers took it away without our consent and recycled it the same day.
After weeks speaking with Best Buy representatives in order to solve their error, they decided to open a new claim with Sedgwick. This claim was issued at the end of November last year, and four months later we have not heard a word from them.
I personally had been calling, sending voice messages, writing emails, chatting and trying to find all possible ways to have an answer from the company, but it has been impossible.
This is the worst client service I have known!
