Sedgwick claim nightmare!!

December 6th had a new fridge and oven delievered by Bestbuy. When the delievery team was bringing in the fridge they gouged my front wood door. Started the process with Sedgwick and an adjuster came out and verified damages and appraised my door. I was advised to get an estimate from door companies which I did. The door is not repairable as I have tried to contact 4 different companies to get my door fixed rather than replaced and they will not. Its been almost 4 months. Sedgwick offered me $700 which is a slap in the face when the door estimate is roughly $11,000. I just am looking for someone to assist me as I did not ask for my door to be damaged nor do I want to repalce it as it is a customer made solid wood door.
