Sedgwick appliance damage claim with no response we need help

Hello, This originally started as an exchange for a defective appliance, BB delivery team attempted the exchange, failed & damaged the other appliances in the process. We have all the documentation & started a claim with Sedgwick, and received one call from the assigned rep who requested the pictures and documents that were emailed to her that same day. Its been a long time no responses. I have attempted calling several times on many days and cant get a human.  

 

 We have had to reschedule 4 times with the BB delivery team to come back ( now scheduled in January ) because we need a resolution from Sedgwick first so the delivery team knows what to do. So with this having been a time sensitive situation I started emailing the assigned rep which was her direct email she initially gave us for a claim status, to call us back, anything.   But now the emails to her have been coming back undeliverable/unknown.  I am not sure what her situation is now at Sedwick but if she is no longer handling this damage claim then we should have heard by now from someone else.

 

We need to work with someone asap so we dont have to reschedule a 5th time, and very much would like to be done with all this. Can anyone help us?
