I have been dealing with Sedgwick on a botched dishwasher install completed by GeekSquad.
At first, they were responsive, but now it has been more than a month since the resulting water damage from the botched dishwasher install and I cannot get them to answer my calls or emails.
I even reached out to the supervisor for the person handling the claim and they have neglected to respond as well.
This experience has left a very poor opinion of Best Buy in my mind. I have bought nearly ever appliance, tv, and electronic device imaginable for my family from Best Buy for more than 15 years and this is the thanks I get.
I am very disappointed with this level of service, and Sedgwick has created a far worse situation than before.

While I have had to deal with property damage on some rare occasions in my life, I've never encountered a scenario like you've described where my attempts to reach out seemed to have dropped into a black hole and have not ever been answered.Certainly it is not our goal to place obstacles in your path instead of proffering a resolution and I apologize for that having been the apparent case.
