I had a refrigerator delivered back in November and the delivery company completely damaged my walls, stairwell and baseboard. I have made a claim with Best Buy and it has been transferred over to Sedgwick. I got an email from a claim associate back on December 7th from Sedgwick stating to get a quote but haven't heard back if I am able to hire the painter to come fix the damage that gave me the quote. I have called Sedgwick many times with no response from the claim associate and his email now bounces back to me as undeliverable. So I believe he is no longer working for the company. The damage was done back in November and here we are in January with it still damaged. Can someone from Best Buy please help me since I am getting no where with the insurance company you have hired to use.
