Sedgwick Not Responding.

Like a whole lot of people that have posted on this same topic; I can not get any response from Sedgwick, I have left messages on multiple phone numbers, and have even faxed a request for someone, ANYONE to contact me about my claim. I bought a dishwasher that was improperly installed and caused damage to my floor and countertop. Installing it incorrectly was not my fault, but yet it has become my huge problem. I am honestly starting to regret this purchase because nothing should be this difficult. This has been going on for a couple of months now. We called Best Buy who set up an appt to come to look at the damage, that appt was canceled without our knowledge, and we called again set up another appt. The tech showed up and took pictures and reinstalled the dishwasher correctly. He turned in a claim which apparently was deleted, we call the tech again and he called to find out what was going on. We got another claim number and were told that we would receive a call in 24 to 48 hours..........nothing. I need help please!!
