Sedgwick Claims

I bought my washer last year. Water was leaking from washer and damage from wood floor. I have a water damage claim I need help with my Claims. I got email form Sedgwick Claims Associate regarding my claims saying someone will contact you within 2 to 4 days. I haven’t received any call from them it’s been 2 weeks. I sent email Claims Associate regarding claims status no respond back even call 1855-832-1338 left messages but no respond. Who I need to contact for claim status?

Hello Hiren713, and welcome to our community,

 

As I unfortunately know from my own experience, water damage is no laughing matter!  Whenever I have something installed or delivered in my home, I trust that the teams who perform any work will treat my property with care and be sure to not cause any damages.  I was unhappy to hear you’ve had such troubles reaching Sedgwick to discuss your concerns, and I regret any inconvenience created by this situation.

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Sedgwick claim number
  • Order number, or
  • Customer Service Pin from the bottom of your receipt
