Delivery personnel damaged my floors by not using a slide to install the refrigerator. They pushed the refrigerator into the hole while sitting the refrigerator directly on the hardwood floor and scratched and dented the floor. Best buy customer service apologized saying it was a new hire that wasnt trained and sent me to claims at Sedgwick. Once I turned in my claim information no one at Sedwick will take my call or return my calls. Is this a scam to prevent pay outs for damage? Why should customers have to wait for damage caused by your delivery personnel? Is there a way to get through to Sedgwick or Best Buy to get the issues resolved.
