I was injured at the Southpoint Best Buy in Durham, NC.
I was working with an Adjustor and then she fell off the planet.
No response to my emails and calls. When I did a directory search, the reply was
"not found".
I do not know what to do. Advice and/or suggestions are great appreciated.

While Best Buy is unable to directly check on the status of your claim, I would be glad to reach out to our partner Sedgwick Claims Management Services to see if an update is available. I will need to gather a bit more information to get this process started.
