So i bought a brand new stove and fridge that got delievered on the 31st. What to my wondering surpise, I get told that they will carry in my appliances but instead they use a dolly and push stuff all over my brand new floors. When i bring it up to them they tell me to call the store. I call the store i get Sedgwicks numbers and get told they will call me back shortly.......well its been 8 days now multiple calls multiple messages and NOTHING. Then come to find out the first crew didnt install the anti tip bracket on my stove and they took the bracket with them. 3 calls a bunch of expediated tickets and now I dont know whats going on with that either. REALLY Best Buy, I expect more than this.

Do you have a claim number from Sedgwick yet? If not, please give them a call at (800) 620-7409. They have a couple different numbers, and sometimes the number to file a claim isn’t provided. Please reach out through this number, and a claim number should be created.
