It has been nearly a month after a delivery team damaged my personal property in my home. I have went back and forth with Sedgwick and now they said I need to speak with someone from Best Buy regarding my claim. Whenever I call the number they gave me, the representative from Best Buy says that I'll get an email from Best Buy. I've never gotten an email. Then I call another agent, they say that they can't see anything regarding my claim. Sedgwick then says I need to talk to Best Buy.
I spent over $6,000 and this is how I get treated. I need someone to speak with me that can actually settle the freaking claim.

Having had several products delivered to my home over the last several years, I know that if any damage occurred I would want to get the repair process started as quickly as possible so everything could get back to normal. As a previous agent mentioned, our partner Sedgwick investigates a claim anytime damage to your home or property may have occurred.
