Sedgwick Best Buy Claim Number (855)-832-1338 is not responding.

Today, I had pedestals pick up from my home, as they were not opening due the washer tray beneath it. The installation guys broke the tray while uninstalling the pedestals. Since the washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor, the builder has suggested keeping the tray to prevent any kind of accidental flooding that occurred due to washer. Now broken tray is not going to hold any water and it will prevent flooding anymore.

 

I had shown it to the guys who came for installation they said they don't work for best buy. Each time when I call to Best Buy or Geek Squad they keep routing me round and round, It's lots of hassling around. Also somehow I got (855)-832-1338 number to call. But seems like its just an automated voicemail and no one is there to answer at the other end.

 

I can share the pictures and the dent installation guys caused to the wall.

Request you guys to please help me to fix it and Honor your brand value.

Once your claim has been opened, you should be able to call (855) 832-1338 between 8 a.m. -  4 p.m. CT, Monday-Friday, to get updates on your claim status.
