Sedgewick Unresponsive after multiple contact requests (need help)

Best Buy team -

 

Can someone please contact me for help? Geek Squad damaged my kitchen cabinets when installing a stove/range back in December. I filed a claim right away with Best Buy and Sedgewick. Have called Sedgewick multiple times since and customer service kept saying that they had no claims on file and when they finally did say they had a claim on file they said they had expedited it and should receive contact from a claims adjuster/inspector shortly. Been a few weeks and no one has reached out. I have used Geek Squad many times/pay extra for Best Buy support and am so upset with this customer service that I will likely take my business elsewhere/never use Geek Squad ever again if this situation isn't resolved quickly.

Thank you so much for reaching out and joining us here on our community forum! Although, this is far from the cicrcumstances we ever want it to be under. Considering how much time my kitchen took, I know how concerning it may be to have some of those items damaged.
