We had multiple appliances installed back in November. Unfortunately, the install team scratched our hardwood floors when installing the dishwasher. Best Buy opened a claim on my behalf with Sedgewick. The install happened on Novebmer 21 and I still have not heard from Sedgewick even though I've left several messages. It has been 2 months and I would have hoped (expected) to hear from the insurance company by now. Can someone please help assist in this matter?
